Dr. Heidi has perfected a ½ hour treatment consisting of:

• Needle-less acupuncture, using electric stimulation
• Use of essential oils on acupressure trigger points
• Cold stone massage

This treatment is extremely successful in treating puffiness, and blocked sinuses due to colds or allergies. It helps to relieve sinus pressure, itchy eyes, and a runny nose.

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopaths believe that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself. Naturopathic doctors seek to identify and remove the underlying cause of disease instead of merely suppressing the symptoms. A Naturopath knows that each person is unique and takes into account the individual's emotional, mental and physical states, as well as environmental and social influences.

An initial Naturopathic consultation is one hour. At the end of the session, Doctor Heidi will make recommendations based on the needs of the individual. The following services are included in a nauropathic consult:

• Herbal remedies
• Lifestyle and dietary modificaitons
• Nutritional counseling
• Bach Flower Essences
• Customized botanical tinctures

Customized botanicals are a blend of several herbal tinctures tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Homeopathy

Homepathy uses highty diluted natural substances to help stimulate the body's immune response. Homeopathy is based on the principle that "like cures like." This means that while a substance given in large doses will cause symptoms to appear in a healthy person, that same substance, when given in minute homeopathic doses, will help heal a sick person with similar symptoms.

An initial homeopathic intake takes about 2 hours and involves taking a detailed patient history. Homepathy treats the whole person. Doctor Heidi matches the unique and characteristic symptoms fo each patient to one of 2000 homeopathic remedies.

Cost for initial 2 hour consultation is $200

Microcurrent Therapy

Microcurrent therapy utilizes gentle, microcurrent electric stimulation on specific points of the body for pain relief, not unlike a needle-less acupuncture treatment. Some conditions that may be helped with microcurrent electrotherapy include:
